A Profile shot of KC9LFD’s ARES/RACES truck.
The front of the truck. The lightbar is on but I snapped the picture just right as the strobes went off and the takedown lights were doing a wig-wag.
The rear of the truck. The strobes are on but the sunlight is hitting them just right where it’s hard to tell whether they are on or not, hah.
The series of antennas. Front to back: wide-band recieve, 5/8 wave 2m antenna for aprs, 10/11m antenna, high gain 2m/70cm dual band antenna.
Inside the truck. On the dash is my wide band communications reciever, 2m/70cm dual band transciever, 10/11m all mode transciever. Center of the cab: Garmin GPSMAP60 with external antenna and hooked up to my TinyTrack APRS node, pair of 3x cigaratte lighter blugs for various accessories and expiroments that aren’t hardwired.
Same as Picture 063, except you can see a glimpse of the TinyTrack blue box just above the Whelen MPC01 lightbar/PA controller. You can also see the HTX-202 which is the transmitter for the APRS node.
A better shot of the TinyTrack and Whelen MPC01. These are sitting on top of a temporary external speaker for the transcievers.
